Return Eligibility & Timeframe

TRIFIT allows returns under specific conditions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction:

  • 30-Day Window: You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Qualifying Conditions: Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, products that arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong shipment.
  • Ineligible Items: To maintain hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:Opened food items or perishable goods.Items with missing original packaging.Orders purchased with discounts or gift cards.Personalized products.

The Return Process

Returning a product requires prior authorization from the TRIFIT team:

  • Approval Required: Do not send items back physically until you have received formal approval from support.
  • Damages: If your reason for return is damage, this must be reported quickly—within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once TRIFIT receives and evaluates your returned item, the following timelines apply:

  • Inspection: All returns undergo an inspection to verify they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the inspection is complete.
  • Exchanges: If you require an exchange, it will be issued as a new order once your request has been approved.
